I have been taking my cars to Our Town Auto for 20(+) years. The Clark Family and their staff provide quality service and a reasonable price. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Very honest and knowledgeable

Was recommended here by my coworker, very honest and hardworking guys. My car broke down and I never had that happen before so I was clueless on where to take it. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue (contaminated gasoline from the 4219 N Milwaukee Citgo-- don't go there for gas!!) fairly quickly and were very honest with me the whole time. Would definitely take my car here again for repairs but hopefully It won't break down again!

I have been going to our town since the mid 80's and have always been satisfied with their work. I particularly like the way John explains a problem with your car in terms that a novice can understand. They work diligently to give the best service for the best price.

This is a First Class Shop. John is knowledgeable,prompt friendly and professional. I am so sad that his brother Chuck has passed, but trust John to continue his high standards. Visit this business, you wont regret it.

Consistently honest, fair, and respectful. They do a great job, get it done quickly, and keep you informed of what's going on the whole time. They are happy to answer questions, explain problems, and refer you to another reputable place if the work needed is something they don't do. These guys are great & I'd recommend them unconditionally. I drive almost 20 miles to bring my car to Our Town. Good job guys!

My family and I have been using Our Town Auto for years. Honest, Fair prices. They will tell you the real truth. If the repairs are not needed they will tell you. They seem to look out for their customers first, and their profits second!! They never recommend repairs that you don't need just to pad their bill. The work is always first class and they stand behind it. You can't go wrong going to Chuck and John at Our Town Auto!!!

You know, at first I was going to them because they were not far from my house and I thought it was out of convenience that I would only have them service my vehicle for minor repair issues, like burnt out fuses, replacing old brakes or even replace a battery. But when my truck started breaking down beyond the typical wear and tear issues I kept going to them because many times they would go over the diagnostic process a bit more thoroughly and they would even inform me of issues that I wasn't aware of without that strong arm tactic that I would need this or that in order to get my vehicle fully functional again. They were very forward with their assessment, very honest ( which in my opinion is practically a lost virtue ) and if they were to inform me what their limitations were as far as what they could or couldn't do, they were not afraid to tell me to go seek a special technician to replace this or that. Who does that? An honest business person that's who. They tell you how it is and I guess I get taken aback by this forward approach. But you know, they earned my trust because of that. Always helpful and courteous; and really you can't beat their prices, you actually get what you pay for and then some. i always thought that the automotive repair business (at least with the people that I met) would be swarmy, snarky, dishonest and disreputable, but truth be told Our Town kind of change my perception of automotive repair shops or at least changed my perception when it comes to dealing with them. Thanks Our Town.

One can only imagine what motivated one "reviewer" to label this place as dishonest or uncooperative when in fact Our Town is known far and wide as a reputable,honest and affordable establishment.Chuck and John are the best at what they do.I have referred a number of patrons to Our Town and many drive many miles just to have their cars serviced there....When you find a skilled and honest mechanic you dont let go. Our Town is five star.

These are the most honest and helpful people out there. They are considerate and kind as well as informative. I will always being my car here and recommend it to my friends and family. Our Town has consistently provided me with A+ customer service.
